RESERVATION CONDITIONS

With our reservation conditions as well as our general terms and conditions, we hope to make things clear for you.
When you reserve a room at Hotel Auenhof, you are accepting the content of these terms and conditions.
Your room will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m.

How can I pay my invoice?

You can pay your invoice in cash, with a debit card or with a credit card, we accept Visa & MasterCard.

Payment of External Services

Please note that for payment of external services (ski pass, ski school, taxi, Lech Card, greenfee, etc.) on the hotel invoice with a credit card, we reserve the right to make a service charge of 3% of the total price.

Cancellation policies for the winter season until April 2025

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your booking up to 2 months before your arrival date, we will not charge any cancellation fee.

  • 2 months to 1 month before arrival:

40 % cancellation fee of the total arrangement

  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival:

70 % cancellation fee of the total arrangement

  • Final week before arrival:

90 % cancellation fee of the total arrangement

  • No show or early departures:

total price of the booked arrangement

Please note that these cancellation fees are independent from the actual booking situation of the cancelled period.

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your booking up to 2 weeks before your arrival date, we will not charge any cancellation fee.

  • 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival:

70 % cancellation fee of the total arrangement

  • Final week before arrival:

90 % cancellation fee of the total arrangement

  • No show or early departures:

total price of the booked arrangement

Please note that these cancellation fees are independent from the actual booking situation of the cancelled period.

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your booking up to 2 months before your arrival date, we will not charge any cancellation fee.

Please note that for the Christmas and New Year's period for the booking period 20th of December 2025 until 3rd of January 2025 the following cancellation terms are applicated:

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We suggest taking out a travel insurance policy through Europäische Reiseversicherung. That's why we offer you “Hotelstorno Premium” travel cancellation insurance.

More than just cancellation insurance (with no deductible). Hotelstorno Premium also covers travel interruption, additional costs due to delayed arrival or unwanted holiday extension, as well as search and rescue costs. This insurance provides coverage for a trip of up to 31 days in Europe.

Answers to the most important questions before your holidays:

Parking

There are open parking spaces available for your car right by the hotel free of charge.
In addition we offer garage parking spaces. We charge Euro 17,- per night for the closed garages directly at the hotel.
Please contact us in advance if we may reserve a garage parking space for you.

Dogs

Dogs are more than welcome in our establishment. We hope you understand that certain room categories do not permit dogs. We will happily inform you of our current dog fees upon request. Bringing dogs into the restaurant and into the wellness area is not permitted. We reserve the right, if necessary, to charge separately for cleaning costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Kid's Discount

in the parent's room - winter season

Kids up to 4 years old - € 30,00 to € 45,00
Kids aged 5 to 8 years old – 50 % to 55 % reduction of the adult's rate
Kids aged 9 to 12 years old – 40 % to 45 % reduction of the adult's rate
Kids aged 13 to 17 years old – 25 % to 30 % reduction of the adult's rate

For our youngest guests

We will be happy to lend you a baby cot, a high chair, a bottle warmer, a nappy pail and a kettle for the duration of your stay.

Is there wifi at the Hotel?

We offer a free WIFI connection for all guests at the hotel.

Is Hotel Auenhof a Non-Smoking HOtel?

We kindly ask you not to smoke in all the rooms and public areas of the hotel. You are, however, welcome to smoke in the designated areas on our terrace and next to the hotel entrance.

Is it possible to arrive before 3:00 pm?

If you are arriving early at the hotel, please don't hesitate to already come by our reception desk. In case the rooms are not prepared yet, you are welcome to drop off your luggages, use our changing room and enjoy your day. Of course you can already park your car in our parking lot.

How far is the next ski lift/ the next cable car?

The Schlegelkopf chair lift as well as the Rüfikopf cable car are just a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. The main ski piste is just a few metres from the hotel - you can ski down almost all the way to the hotel. 
Furthermore, we offer a shuttle to the ski school for our youngest guests between 9:00 and 10:00 am during the winter season (of course you can get off the shuttle on the way there at the lift station).

Can i purchase a ski pass at the hotel?

You can get you day ski pass or a weeks ski pass directly at our reception desk. This way you can avoid the crowds at the main cash desks.

Do you sell the Lech Card at the Hotel?

You can purchase the Lech Card directly at our reception desk. Experience even more summer highlights and activities with this special summer card.

Is the hotel accessible for wheel chair users?

All our rooms and the restaurant are accessible. Unfortunately, there are a few steps in the wellness area, which means, certain areas there are not accessible for wheelchair users. Our elevator is wheelchair-accessible and will bring you to your room safely.

We kindly request guests with limited mobility to let us know in advance to ensure that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.
